3. Orders (Online)

  • When you place an order with us online, you are offering to buy the goods listed in your order subject to these Terms and Conditions.
  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
  • Dispatch times may vary according to availability, and any guarantees or representations made about delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure.
  • You will receive an email confirming your order and another email when your order has been dispatched.

4. Pricing and Payment (Online and In-store)

  • All prices displayed on the website and in-store are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
  • Payment must be made via credit/debit card, PayPal, or any other payment methods specified on the website or in-store.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders if fraud or an unauthorised transaction is suspected.

5. Shipping and Delivery (Online)

  • We offer delivery to addresses within the UK only. Delivery costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
  • In the event that a product is delayed or out of stock, we will notify you via email.

6. Returns and Refunds (Online Purchases)

  • If you are not entirely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.
  • Goods must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.
  • Certain items are non-returnable, such as perishable goods or personalised items.
  • Certain items are hand made and use natural materials and as such each product is unique that may include variations such as colour, grain and carving differences from that photographed. Please make sure the item you are returning isn't due to a genuine unique feature excepted with hand made and natural materials. We may need to impose a 10% restocking fee for such returns.

  • You are responsible to the costs of return shipping.
  • Refunds will be processed within 3 working days once the returned item is received.

7. In-store Purchases

  • For purchases made in-store, we only accept returns accompanied by a receipt within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or credit note.
  • We do not offer refunds on in-store purchases, unless required by law (e.g., faulty or damaged goods).
  • Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return: Goods must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact. Items must be unwashed, be free of any odours, scents marks or stains
  • For any in-store returns, you can receive an exchange or a credit note for future purchases.

8. Consumer Rights

  • These Terms and Conditions are in compliance with UK Consumer Rights, including the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
  • For online purchases, you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. In such cases, you must notify us in writing and return the goods in their original condition.
